Scope of Work	BASIC FUNCTION Provide analysis reports on salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, market trends etc. Advice managers and employees on compensation & benefits policies and procedures, provide advice on the resolution of complaints and anomalies, administer employees' promotions and salary adjustments and ensure the compensation and benefit scheme is applied properly.
Minimum Requirements	Graduate in Business Administration or HR Management or relevant disciplines Minimum 6 years experience in HR functions, 2-3 years as a Specialist in Compensation & Benefits in the petrochemical or oil/gas industry. Highly skilled in MS Office package especially in MS Access and Excel with execellent analytical and statistical skills. Knowledge of Hay Evaluation System
Salary Remuneration	The above position is on Direct Hire basis. Salary is negotiable depending on qualififcation and years of experience.
