Scope of Work	Basic Function and Scope: Interface with other Members of The Commercial Division to include: Administrations, Process Design, Mechanical, Commissioning & Start-Up, Cost & Schedule, Supply Chain and Procurement, and other Team Members. Task , Duties and Accountabilities: Planning & Development of Contracting & Subcontracting Agreements and Documents Administrator with Vendors for Procurement and Acquisition of Services & Equipment for Construction (EPC) of Multimillion AED Projects in accordance with the Corporate Procedure Manual. Compliance with Contracting Policy and Procedures. Leading Development of a strategies / plans for Reviewing the Bidders Proposals. Coordinating Development of the Invitation for Proposals Package. Leading & Coordinating Commercial Negotiations & Negotiation Strategies. Coordinating the Evaluation of Bidders Proposals. Assisting in the Development of Contracts Award Recommendations for Approval by Department Manager, Managers and Shareholders. Risk Identification & Management. Finalizing Documents Including Coordinating Input from Legal, Controllers, Treasurers & Other Functions. Contract Administrations. Governance & Approval Processes. Monitoring Vendors Performance in terms of Safety, Progress, Schedule, Costs, Quality, Tax Liability, & Other Contractual Compliance Issues. Corrective Actions to avoid Potential Disputes. Process Change Orders & Provide Notices to Vendors whenever necessary. Timely Settlement of any Claims and / or Disputes and contract close out.
Minimum Requirements	MBA preferred, minimum Bsc in an Engineering discipline. 10 years contracting experience in the oil and Gas industry. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE and international contracting law.
Salary Remuneration	Long term and salary is negotiable (tax free) depending on years of experience and qualifications plus comprehensive benefits as per Company Policy.
