Scope of Work	Reviews cost estimation, budgeting, cost monitoring & control, forecasting and reporting requirements for execution of UZ 750 Major Projects establishing strategies and priorities. Implement the management reporting systems for Project cost related information. Ensures that the company procedures for Cost Estimation, Budgeting, Cost Monitoring / Control and Reporting are approved and implemented. Reviews / participates in the preparation of Operating Budget / 5 year business plans. Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases. Reviews PMC / Contractor's Cost Estimation Procedure and guidelines. Prepares / Reviews the in-house project cost estimates. Establishes and implements Projects Statistical Database for Benchmarking and reference.
Minimum Requirements	Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Management Degree is preferable. At least 10 years experience in cost estimation and reporting protocols for all Contract / Agreement types. Knowledge of special application of software packages. Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken language.
Salary Remuneration	Salary is between US$500/- to US$650/- per day worked (this amount is deemed to include salary, accommodation, end of service benefits, allowances, overtime, airfares, paid leave, etc. Medical Health Insurance for Personnel and their family members will be coverd by the Medical Health Insurance Scheme as per applicable terms and conditions, excellent recreational facilities at five star hotels as per Company Policy and Procedure.
