Scope of Work	Reviews project strategies, execution plans, scope of work, contracting strategies, evaluation of claims and close out reports and suggest alternatives keeping into view the overall company objectives reflected in Business Plans. Participates in implementation of projects management information systems. Supports Project teams to advise management in advance about potential troublesome issues. Able to facilitate resolution of integration issues between various systems i.e. Project Planning software, enterprise systems such as Maximo, etc. Participates in Management level planning, prepare and implement budget activities & systems, optimization of resources. Participates in preparation of tender documents, reviews technical and commercial evaluation reports of the bids. Attends pre and post bid meetings with bidders. Supervises all PMC controls related activities, review PMC / Contractor’s Project Progress Report. Analyses the planning packages, progress measurement and reporting procedures, projects detailed programs, critical path analysis, S-Curves, resource deployment plans, micro-schedules for shutdown activities and variations impact on schedule for all projects. Reviews / participates in the preparation of the 5 year Business Plan and individual Project Budgets. Assists the project teams in evaluating, reviewing and analyzing the cost documents. Identifies potential schedule and cost risk events. Evaluates project risk events and ranking of schedule and cost risks to projects and liaises with the ‘Risk & Business Performance Analyst’ to update the Project risk Register on regular intervals. Reviews and analyses contractors Procedures and Method Statements for project activities, quality and HSE plans. Coordinates with the company internal departments for miscellaneous work related requirements under the supervision of UZ 750 Team Leader. Attends contractors progress meetings, as and when required. Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor such as the ongoing training and development of assigned UAE national employees and any other assignments as and when required.
Minimum Requirements	.
Salary Remuneration	Salary is between US$500/- to US$650/- per day worked (this amount is deemed to include salary, accommodation, end of service benefits, allowances, overtime, airfares, paid leave, etc. Medical Health Insurance for Personnel and their family members will be coverd by the Medical Health Insurance Scheme as per applicable terms and conditions, excellent recreational facilities at five star hotels as per Company Policy and Procedure.
