Scope of Work

Strong knowledge of development plan evaluation

Fluent user of reservoir management packages i.e. OFM, FINDER.

Experience in handling reservoir pressure data analysis PBU, PFO and BHCIP/BHFP data.

Experience in Welltest analysis and in industry standard well testing packages

Ability to analysis well data from newly drilled wells

Experience in reservoir / well performance evaluation and performance prediction.

Experience in water flooding & gas injection projects and its reservoir surveillance activities.

Strong Knowledge in PVT analysis and sampling collection

Strong knowledge of production logging tools i.e. TDT, RST MDT

Knowledge of engineering Economics.

Good communication skills, good technical report writing in English and computer literate

Minimum Requirements

Bsc Degree in Petroleum Engineering, chemical engineering or science

Minimum 12 years experience in the oil industry in sub-surface engineering with minimum experience of 9 years as Reservoir Engineer involved in reservoir management's studies and its related activates.

Candidates should be able to Conducts, interprets and participates in reservoir data gathering, evaluations, reservoir studies and reservoir surveillance activities.

Mathematics aptiture, kinetics & good communicator. Background covering limestone reservoirs is preferable.

Experience should include the latest technologies used for Real time monitoring applications in long lateral/MRC wells such as Permanent Down Hole Gauges, Swell Packers.

Salary RemunerationSalary is between US$600/- to US$800/- per day worked (this amount is deemed to include salary, accommodation, end of service benefits, allowances, overtime, airfares, paid leave, etc. Medical Health Insurance for Personnel and their family members will be coverd by the Medical Health Insurance Scheme as per applicable terms and conditions, excellent recreational facilities at five star hotels as per Company Policy and Procedure.
