Scope of Work	Job Purpose & Scope Operate and monitor production units and systems in the Central Separation and Gas Treatment plants under the guidance of Senior Operator and in accordance with standard operating instruction to ensure that productions targets are met and that plant is operating efficiently safely and economically. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Monitors control panels or on site instruments in accordance with standard plant operating procedures and instruction thus ensuring a continuous check on the efficient running of the plant and equipment in his assigned area. Operates equipment and facilities in accordance with the Company's Operating and HSE standards along with instructions from his supervisor takes immediate action in case of any abnormal function disturbance or alarm either by adjusting process parameters in accordance with standard operating procedures or by referring to senior Operator. Shuts down the plant partially or totally in case of emergency and starts it up again in accordance with operating instructions or as Senior Operator. Logs operating incidents occurring during shift for records and for counterpart on the next shift and discusses incidents with his supervisor. Leads fire fighting operations in his area until taken over by high authority. Carry out first line Maintenance and servicing as set carrying out fuel oil make-up and injections and ensures proper safety methods are adopted while handling them. Ensure proper / safe housekeeping after completion of any maintenance job keeping work area clean tidy and safe to work. Looks for any modification improvement in the system design to increase productivity safe operation Prepares equipment while handing over for any maintenance activities shutdown and start-up equipment keeping equipment as well as personnel safety in mind. Provides assistance during any maintenance activities so that maintenance crew is fully aware of their working environment. Gives orientation and guidance to new trainees UAE Nationals. Carry out the job function in accordance with HSE management system document. LO / LC list review and follow –up every 3 months to be maintained. Spade / blind list follow – up and carry out visual checks. Start check or stop pumps locally according to instructions or in case of emergency. During the start up equipment (such as propane or gas compressors or pumps) remotely assist in checking and following the stare up sequence. Under instructions adjust the set points of local controllers. Assist in isolating draining and ventilating equipment as necessary for handing over the plants for maintenance work for inspection and check the equipment for its correct operation when the maintenance fob is completed. Check levels on various pumps vessels and tanks and drain equipment as required. Assist Senior Operator in operating the central complex flare ignition system. Collect oil gas condensates and water samples and pass to laboratory for analysis. Conduct dew point check on fuel gas as per preset programme. Assist in preparing pig receiver stations removing the pig and checking it for damages and report status to his senior operator supervisor inflate repair pigs as necessary. Assist in the unloading of jet fuel and propane unloads chemicals into tanks for injection. Start and adjust the flow rate of chemical injection pumps as specified by standing instructions log chemical consumption rates and tank levels. Check and ensure chemical injection is maintained as per F1 recommendations.
Minimum Requirements	Completion of Secondary technical education (12 years) plus direct vocational training (6 -12 months). 3 to 4 years experience in a Process Plant like Refinery. Good knowledge of English.
Salary Remuneration	Dhs. 705.00 to Dhs. 717.00 per day worked. 6 weeks "ON" / 3 weeks "OFF". This amount is deemed to include Salary, Accomodation, End of Service Benefits, Allowances, Overtime, Airfares, Paid Leave etc.
