Scope of Work	Prepare the annual manpower plan and the personnel cost budget. Update, analyze and prepare manpower statistical reports, maintain the organization chart & control staffing, participate in periodic and or unforeseen HR Studies.
Minimum Requirements	Graduate in Business Administration or HR Management or relevant disciplines. Minimum 6 years experience in HR functions, 2 of which should be in manpower planning activities related to petrochemical or gas/oil industry. Highly skilled in MS Office package especially in MS. Access and Excel with excellent analytical and statistical skills. Good communication & Interpersonal skills
Salary Remuneration	The above position is on Direct Hire basis. Salary is negotiable depending on qualififcation and years of experience. Selected candidate will receive subsidized medical care, married or single status, semi-furnished housing with furniture allowance, children's education assistance for eligible dependants (up to 4 children), an interest-free car loan facility, fully paid annual vacation and end of service benefits.
