| Scope of Work | a.)Follow-up and coordinate the Daily Work Schedule with all sections.
b.)Participate in the planning of all preventive, routine and break down maintenance for plant equipment.
c.)Receive Work Requests, prepare Work Orders and dispatch to the respective sections. Follow up operations and plot results.
d.)Coordinate the common activities between ZR-FM, GMW, PRD, etc.. and unscheduled break down jobs in consideration with job priority, workload, spare parts and tool availability.
e.)Prepare, coordinate and follow up the implementation of Vessel, Exchangers & Lifting Equipment inspection plan and keep updated record. (About 125 Vessels & Exchangers per year).
f.)Prepare and follow up Preventive Maintenance Plan for the Plant including Pressure Safety Vales and Pressure Vessels:
- PM : Yearly = 623 nos.
Half Yearly = 214 nos.
Quarterly = 333 nos
- PSV/TSVs = 177 nos. and
- Zakum, UAD & Arzanah PSVs.
g.)Prepare personnel recuperation and Leave Plans.
h.)Assist planning engineers to monitor time of jobs and prepare data on maintenance workload. This activity requires site attendance during job allocation period and followed by discussion with engineers.
i.)Check Work Order reports and subsequently modify the Maintenance Plan. and Schedules.
j.)Issue permanent charts and record of equipment performance.
k.)Issue Monthly Performance Report for rotating equipment (availability, reliability, refurbishment, etc…).
l.)Prepare and issue periodic reports, charts and statistics as required.
m.)Coordinate the weekly activities among the different disciplines.
n.)Attend the Weekly Site Coordination Meeting with the different disciplines to agree with next week activities, reschedule and update of status, this require detail knowledge of the all jobs and cost of preparation.
o.)Follow up of plant and equipment shutdown. Physical follow-up of the job during shutdown, overhaul for updating the plan and status and build a data history for duration and results.
p.)Monitors proper implementation of Maximo.
